I tend to avoid connecting everything that I'm on, but I've realized this means that people that want to watch me can't get everything. That being the case, here's that helpful little tool that tells you where you can watch me with some explanation as to my naming choices.
On Gaiaonline.com Phadiees
Which is not my character, but a character I loved in a book series that was phenomenal and inspiring to me.
Siv Annika Frost-Erasmus
This is a role playing character of mine that I have yet to play. Siv can change genders, which is why the avatar is currently male (partially, because I don't have 10k gold to spare to change gender). Siv is a werewolf God who ended up getting altered a bit by a chaos sword (hence the raccoon tail.
Ziarah
Based off a role playing character of mine. On this account I'm actually role playing it out and as if she made the account, and then when I'm giving information regarding reality [I avoid using pretty colors for my writing and use brackets].
Lilith Jing Kwan
Based off another character of mine who has died and reincarnated directly several times, she's chosen to keep the name "Lilith" throughout the past several lives because she met her namesake and like her.
Ruud Ziven
Pronounced as the word "rude," an immortal werewolf character of mine.
Elohiem Ezikai
Based off a role playing character, this is a Mule account for the Way Between Worlds guild that I run, everything it gets is going into a pool for any contests/prizes/etc. that I run in the guild.
"Why do you have so many accounts for Gaia?" one might ask. The answer is simple, a lot of the events they do require different sets of circumstances. For instance in order to get all the items for this year's summer event you needed four accounts. For a previous event (I don't recall what it was), you needed several accounts as well. (One that had less than 10k gold, one that had more than 10k, one that had less than 500 posts, one that had more than 500 posts, etc.)

On Twitter I go by CynthiaDixson I tend to watch those that watch me (provided they aren't pornbots), and some that I watch I search for their tweets if I haven't been on throughout the day, because they are of interest to me.
I have yet to join Facebook, but I probably will soon, and I'll update this then.
I am on Nanowrimo.org as Phadiees as noted above not my character.
I don't think I've forgotten anything, and I'll keep it fairly updated.
